IMPORTANT – Please contact us first about your intentions and reasons for your returns before mailing it out.
Returns or exchanges sent to us without prior notification may not be processed depending on the condition of the item.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE –
- If you want to return or exchange an item, please let us know by the “Contact Us” page. We will handle returns on a per item basis.
- We only take returns if your item is damaged on arrival or when you received the wrong item or size.
- Item(s) you return must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed).
- We may decide if deemed necessary to request you to send us photos of the product in order for a refund to take place. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if an item has any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
- We will NOT process any returns or exchanges after 30 days.
- We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS –
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless there was a mistake with the order.

A return address is included in the packing slip, but just incase you loose it. Here you go

CANCELLATION POLICY –
- Every order is custom made, so cancelling an order for an item that’s already in the process of being created can’t be undone.
- Orders are processed very quickly and work begins on them very soon after the order is placed. In most cases, you won’t be able to cancel an order. Please send any questions you have about an item BEFORE you place your order.
